The 22nd-ranked Liberty Lady Flames open CUSA play by hosting conference newcomer Kennesaw State, Friday through Sunday. The Lady Flames bring a five-game winning streak into the weekend.

Campbell transfer Alyssa Henault is 5-for-9 (.556) as a pinch hitter.
- Four different Lady Flames (Allen, Bachman, Escobar, Oubre) have one shutout apiece this season. Senior Paige Bachman is 5-1 with a team-leading 1.71 ERA and 33 strikeouts. Freshman Danner Allen is 2-1 with a 1.81 ERA and a team-best .152 opponents' batting average. Tyler Oubre is 3-0 with a 2.14 ERA, while 2024 NFCA All-Region second team pitcher Elena Escobar holds a 5-1 record and 2.42 ERA. 2024 NFCA All-Region third team pitcher Kaylan Yoder is 2-1 with a 3.17 ERA.
