What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
Because I could get my degree, compete athletically at a high level, and grow in Christ
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I text my mom or talk to her, depending on if she's at the game or not.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My mom inspires me, because she's always there and never complains or quits regardless of what's going on. She's just Wonder Woman really.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My most memorable athletic achievements were winning CUSA Tournament MVP in 2024, hitting two home runs off of Georgia, or hitting 23 home runs as a sophmoore.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
I wear 11, it’s just the same number I’ve had throughout my college career.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My Dad’s best friend was Roy Halladay, he's was awesome and he played in the MLB.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
My favorite is broccoli and chicken alfredo for dinner. My favorite meal of the day is dinner, since you get dessert with it.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
I check my text messages.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
Line dancing or being outside.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
I have a dog Capone.

Maddie O'Brian
What is your favorite possession and why?
My truck because it looks cool and gets me places.

What is your dream vacation spot and why?
Hawaii is my dream vacation, I’ve wanted to go since I was a little girl.

- Batted .283 (53-for-187) with eight doubles, five homers, 34 RBI, 34 runs scored, a .312 on base percentage and .406 slugging percentage
- Posted a .997 fielding percentage, with 333 putouts, six assists and one error
- Registered 15 multiple-hit games and nine multiple-RBI contests
- Went 3-for-4 with three RBI against Louisville (Feb.7), before going 2-for-4 with a homer, three RBI and one run score versus Rutgers the next day
- Batted 2-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored against Saint Joseph’s (Feb. 22)
- Hit 2-for-2 with a homer, three RBI and two run versus Kennesaw State (March 9)
- Scored a career-high three runs at Marshall (March 11)
- Recorded three-hit game at WKU (March 14) and versus UTEP (March 28) in conference play
- Went 2-for-4 with a double, two RBI and one run scored against Virginia (April 8), hitting a two-run walk-off double
- Homered and drove in three runs versus Sam Houston (April 17)
- Hit a homer in CUSA Tournament opener against Louisiana Tech (May 8), before hitting two doubles versus LA Tech in an elimination game the following day
- Appeared in and started 56 games at second base

- Batted .237 (33-for-139) overall, with four doubles, six homers, 26 RBI, 17 runs scored, a .305 on base percentage and .396 slugging percentage
- Ended the season on a nine-game hitting streak, while driving in at least one run in each of the final eight games of the year
- Recorded five multiple-hit games and nine multiple-RBI contests
- Hit first homer as a Lady Flame, Feb. 23 against Penn State
- Went 3-for-3 with a double and one run scored at Middle Tennessee
- Homered with two RBI in series-clinching win over New Mexico State (April 21)
- Hit .538 with seven RBI in CUSA Tournament, recording two RBI each in three straight elimination-game wins over UTEP, Louisiana Tech and New Mexico State
- Batted .455 (5-for-11) with one double, two homers and five runs scored at NCAA Athens Regional
- Went 2-for-3 with a homer, two RBI and two runs scored in Liberty’s win over host Georgia (May 18), helping the Lady Flames advance to Regional final
- Hit a homer in Liberty’s NCAA Regional final “winner-take-all” game at Georgia (May 19)
- Transferred to Liberty after playing for two years at College of Central Florida
- Attended same junior college as former Lady Flame infielder Devyn Howard (2021-23)
- 2023 Mid-Florida Conference Player of the Year

- As a sophomore, led Central Florida with 23 homers, 87 RBI, a .920 slugging percentage and 62 runs scored (tied)
- Holds College of Central Florida career records for homers (33), RBI (154) and slugging percentage (.780)
- Helped team to a combined 92-31 record
- Tied for ninth in NJCAA Division I with 87 RBI in 2023 and was one of just two NJCAA softball players to finish the 2023 season with 20 or more steal and 20 or more home runs

- Batted .526 with seven homers, 42 RBI and 30 runs scored as a senior
