
Liberty Erases 6-Run Deficit, Falls on Home Run in 8th to Hofstra

Liberty cut its deficit to 7-5 with four runs in the bottom of the fourth inning and pushed across single runs in the fifth and sixth innings to knot the game at 7-7.
Flames first baseman Brayden Horton was the only player in the contest with three hits. He hit his first home run of the season, a three-run shot, during Liberty's four-run fourth inning.
Center fielder Kane Kepley had two hits for the Flames and led off the game with his first home run of the year.
Liberty falls to 3-2 on the season. Hofstra improves to 1-3.
