Liberty pinch hitter Ryan Drumm ended the game with his first home run of the season with one out in the eighth inning.
Third baseman Jordan Jaffe highlighted the Flames' effort by going 3-for-3 with two doubles and six RBI.
The first two batters in the Liberty lineup, shortstop Tanner Marsh and right fielder Riley DeCandido, each had two hits in the game, walked twice and scored four times.
The Flames tied their season-high for hits. Liberty had 17 hits in a 14-12 setback to Virginia at Worthington Field at Liberty Baseball Stadium on March 18.
Liberty moves to 15-6 in Conference USA and 31-13 overall. Delaware falls to 2-19 in conference and 13-31 overall.
