LYNCHBURG, Va. – Liberty women's soccer and head coach Lang Wedemeyer have announced the signing of Presley Kaiser to the 2025 roster. She marks the fifth addition joining the Lady Flames next season along with freshmen Keely Eslinger, Lauren Flax, Brooklyn Jenkins and transfer Carly Keene (Lehigh).
Kaiser, a Scottsdale, Ariz. native, attended Xavier College Preparatory in Phoenix, Ariz., she joins the squad as a defender primarily playing for SC Del Sol Girls Academy U19. She helped lead her team to a GA U-19 National Championship with a 24-0-2 mark and a 14-0-2 record in league play. Kaiser's league-best back-line held its opponents to just four goals in 16 games.
Despite primarily playing outside back, Kaiser is no stranger to getting involved in the scoring attack. She tallied four goals in 16 league games including one goal and five assists in as many playoff games.
At Liberty, Kaiser plans to graduate with a major in aviation maintenance. Her brother, Cameron, is also a college athlete playing golf for Santa Clara.
The Lady Flames are looking to improve on a 15-2-4 record and runner-up finish in the CUSA Women's Soccer Championship after a 1-0 result against FIU. Kaiser looks to help solidify a defense that led CUSA with a 0.62 goals-against average (GAA), 13 goals allowed and 10 shutouts. The back-line held opponents to 7.10 shots per game and 3.04 shots on goal per game.
