LYNCHBURG, Va. – Making her college debut during Wednesday night's matchup with Randolph, Liberty freshman center Emmy Stout paced all players in points (23), rebounds (16) and steals (4). Her big night contributed to the Lady Flames' 109-26 triumph, which saw the home team set a Liberty Arena single-game scoring record and knock down a program single-game record 15 three-pointers.
The Lady Flames improve to 6-3 with their third straight win, two of which have seen Liberty reach the century mark. Their 109 points took down the previous Liberty Arena standard of 108 set by the Liberty men's basketball squad during a Dec. 22, 2020 win over Alcorn State.

Crosstown foe Randolph, which classified the game as an exhibition, remains at 6-3 on the year. The WildCats shot just 16.9 percent (10-of-59) and scored the fewest points by a Liberty opponent since Nov. 16, 2010 (19 by Virginia Union).
