
Liberty Shuts Out Queens to Finish Regular Season Unbeaten at Home

The Liberty Lady Flames topped the Queens Royals 2-0 in an ASUN Conference match Sunday afternoon at Osborne Stadium.
With the victory, Liberty finishes the regular season unbeaten at home, posting a 7-0-1 mark at Osborne this season, and runs its winning streak to six straight games.
The Lady Flames used a solid defensive effort to record their ninth shutout of the season. Rachel DeRuby and Grace Spade each scored in the second half in the victory.
Liberty moves to 10-3-2 overall and is tied with Lipscomb for the top spot in the ASUN Conference with a 6-0-1 in league play. Queens drops to 2-7-4 overall and 2-4-1 in conference play.
