Liberty remains unbeaten in its last eight matches, defeating North Alabama 4-0, to remain undefeated in the ASUN Conference. Liberty has now posted seventh straight shutouts, tying the program record that was set back in 2016. Liberty is now 7-3-1 this season while North Alabama drops to 1-8-2.

Turning Point
After both teams were quiet on the offensive attack throughout most of the first half, Liberty would grab the lead late in the first half off a corner kick. Lissi Gordon’s corner kick would reach Rebekah Earnest inside the box where she put a header on goal, giving Liberty the 1-0 lead at the break. Liberty controlled the second half from start-to-finish, scoring three goals during the latter half. Meredith King would score less than three minutes into the half and from there Liberty was able to dominate the Lions. The Lady Flames would add onto their lead in the 59th minute and in the 69th minute with goal from Kasey Jamieson and Katharina Pohs.
