Murphy Provides 2016 Season Update, Previews UConn Trip

Prior to the Liberty field hockey team's trip to Connecticut, LFSN reporter Nick Pierce had a chance to catch up with head coach Jodi Murphy.

Murphy talked about last week's overtime win over No. 20 American and a BIG EAST victory over Georgetown. With the wins, Liberty improved to 5-6 overall and 3-1 in the BIG EAST.

She also discussed the team's upcoming trip to No. 1 UConn (13-0, 4-0 BIG EAST) where they will face the Huskies on Saturday.
