After concluding the 2010 regular season with a 23-8 overall record and 14-2 in conference play, the Liberty Lady Flames will head into this week's Big South Championship as the No. 1 seed. Liberty will take on No. 8 Gardner-Webb in the first round, Thursday afternoon at 5 p.m. in Rock Hill, S.C.
Nick Pierce caught up with Head Coach Shane Pinder to discuss last week's wins over Radford and UNC Asheville, and look ahead to the conference tournament. Fans also have a chance to hear comments from senior Karyl Bacon, who posted a double-double performance in her last match at the Vines Center on Saturday afternoon.
