- Started all 33 games during a breakthrough sophomore season, leading the team with 63 triples and ranking second with 8.5 ppg
- ASUN Player of the Week on Jan. 30
- Her 63 triples were tied for third in program history, just one shy of the Liberty single-season record. She shot 37.5 percent from beyond the arc, ranking fourth all-time at Liberty for a single season.
- Paced the Lady Flames with 17 points during a Nov. 17 win over Hampton, while knocking down five three-pointers
- Tied the Jan. 21 game against FGCU by nailing a three-pointer with 3.5 seconds remaining in regulation
- Shared the team lead with 14 points at Austin (Jan. 26), hitting four triples
- Went for a career-high 28 points and a career-best seven triples at Lipscomb on Jan. 28. Her seven triples were the most by a Lady Flame since Jan. 18, 1999, and her 22 second-half points were the most by a Lady Flame since Jan. 16, 2012. Hess outscored Lipscomb in the fourth quarter, 14-12.

- Matched her career highs for points (11) and three-pointers made (3) on Dec. 14 versus State, while pulling down a team-high and career-high nine rebounds

What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
I loved the Christian environment, the campus, and the coaches.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I listen to music for pre-game.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My mom inspires me because of how she worked hard to raise my siblings and me.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
My sophomore year of college when we beat FGCU for the first time ever at home, and I hit the game tying three pointer to send us into overtime.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
My number is not that important to me, I've just worn it since high school.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My dad, Daric Hess, played one year of college soccer at Messiah College.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
My favorite is breakfast, 2 over easy eggs, bacon, and toast.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
Instagram.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
Reading is my favorite hobby.
What is your favorite possession and why?
My Kindle because it makes it easy to get books and read them.
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
I really want to go to either Spain, Greece, or Italy because I have heard they are beautiful, and I want to experience their cultures.
