Student-Athlete Q&A
What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
I would say that when I went on my official visit to Liberty, I could immediately tell that this is a place where I could see myself going to school. The people and the community around me was special and is what stuck out to me the most.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
Before a game, I always take a thirty-minute nap.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
I would say that my whole family inspires me because they are the best role models I could ever ask for when it comes to the kind of person I want to grow into when I get older.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
I would say my senior year of high school, when my team of only four players beat one of the best teams in the state in the second round of the state playoffs.
If you picked your jersey/uniform number, why is that number important to you?
I picked 10 because it has always been my lucky number growing up, so I just thought I would carry it on into college.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My older brother, Brandon Moore, played football for the Naval Academy.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
For breakfast, a bagel with cream cheese and a side of fruit. For lunch, chicken and rice. For dinner, steak and sweet potatoes with mac cheese.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
I check my iMessages.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
Doing creative things and reading.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
I have a Maltese Poodle, named Peppermint and a Beagle, named Sadie.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
Serena Williams
What is your favorite possession and why?
I would say my gold necklace that my grandma gifted me for Christmas.
What is your Go-To karaoke song?
All of Me by John Legend
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
