Liberty Hits the Road Against In-State Rivals, Virginia Tech, VCU

LYNCHBURG, Va. – Liberty women's soccer (1-1) faces a pair of road tests this weekend when they travel to take on Virginia Tech (2-0) on Thursday night and VCU (0-2) on Sunday afternoon.
Thursday's contest kicks off at 7 p.m. from Thompson Field and will be broadcast live ACC Network Xtra. Sunday afternoon's tilt starts at 1 p.m. from the VCU Athletic Village and will be broadcast live on ESPN+.
The Lady Flames opened the season with a split weekend, securing a 2-0 triumph at home over East Carolina and falling at No. 11 Virginia 2-0 on the road.
Liberty is 2-12-1 all-time against Virginia Tech and it looks to improve on its 6-12-1 mark against VCU.
