
Liberty Takes Series with 11-5 Win Over Kennesaw State

Center fielder Josh Campos homered for the second straight day, his fifth of the season, and left fielder Nick Barone drove in three runs with a triple and a sacrifice fly for the Flames.
In addition, Liberty third baseman Jaxon Sorenson had two hits, one a double, and an RBI, scoring four runs in the game. Entering the fourth inning with two men on, right-hander Jake Potts pitched three innings of scoreless relief, retiring all nine batters he faced to record the win.
Liberty moves to 3-2 in CUSA play and 15-7 overall. Kennesaw State falls to 1-4 in CUSA and 9-10 overall.
