Lacrosse Sets Off for Second Game of the Week at High Point

LYNCHBURG, Va. – Liberty (1-5) seeks a crucial road triumph when they take on High Point (0-5) on Saturday at 4 p.m. from Vert Stadium. The contest will be streamed live on ESPN+.
Liberty suffered a home defeat against James Madison, falling 16-4 on Wednesday evening. Sophia Nesci and Fayedra Vang represented Liberty's only two scores in the game, while Rachel Hines impressed in the crease with 13 saves.
Three of the Lady Flames' four losses in the early season have come against ranked opponents. Liberty opened the season against No. 8 Johns Hopkins (17-7) and was taken down by No. 24 (17-8) Virginia and No. 25 Richmond (16-6).
