• The winning streak is the longest for the Flames under head coach Bradley LeCroy.
 • Since 2022, the Flames have never won more than five consecutive games in a year. Liberty opened 2025 with a five-game winning streak to start the year (Feb. 14-21).
•  Pitching has fueled the Flames' current win streak as the Liberty mound corps has held its opponents to a .216 batting average. The Flames also struck out 110 in 88.0 innings during the streak and posted double-digit strikeout totals in eight of the 10 games.
Flames Hit a Season-High 5 Home Runs at UNCG
• Catcher Tucker Moore and first baseman Riley DeCandido each hit two home runs as the Liberty Flames belted a season-high five home runs in a 12-10 victory over the UNCG Spartans at UNCG Baseball Stadium on Tuesday. With the victory, the Flames push their winning streak to 10 games.
• Liberty hit five home runs in a game for the first time since a 12-4 victory at No.17 Duke on Feb. 26, 2025.
• Moore and DeCandido each hit a two-run and a solo home run in the contest, driving in three runs apiece. Each Flame has now hit three home runs on the season.Â
• Liberty center fielder Josh Campos also hit his third home run of the year. Moore and Campos went back-to-back in the fifth inning.
• Flames shortstop Tanner Marsh went 4-for-6 with a run scored and two stolen bases to pace Liberty at the plate. It was his first four-hit game of the season and fifth multi-hit game of the year
.• Left fielder Nick Barone went 3-for-4 with two walks and two RBI. He also scored three times for Liberty.

• Liberty pitching has combined to strike out 117 batters over the last 11 games. The Flames are averaging 10.9 batters struck out per nine innings during the stretch. Liberty also has a 3.82 ERA over the stretch.
• The Liberty mound staff has reached double-digits in strikeouts in eight of the last 11 games and 10 of its 15 games this season.
• Leading the way for the Flames are starting pitchers Ben Blair and Bradley Zayac. Blair, who is second in Conference USA with 34 strikeouts, is 12th nationally in punchouts. Meanwhile, Zayac is seventh in the conference with 21 strikeouts.
• Liberty enters the week 24th in the nation with a 3.14 strikeout-to-walk ratio.  The Flames are second in CUSA with a 3.82 ERA and 10.5 strikeouts per nine innings.
Campos Comes Through
• Liberty center fielder Josh Campos has been quite successful at the plate for the Flames over the past five games. The transfer from Florence-Darlington Tech hit .429 with two doubles and three home runs, driving in a team-high eight RBI and seven runs scored. He is also tied with shortstop Tanner Marsh with a team-high nine.
• All three of Campos' home runs have come during the span. He started the streak with a grand slam in the Flames' six-run eighth inning among his three hits in their 8-0 victory at High Point on March 3.Â
• He also had back-to-back two-hit games against Harvard this past Friday and Saturday. The outfielder hit his second home run of the year, had two RBI and scored two runs in Liberty's 11-7 victory on Saturday. On Tuesday, he hit his third home run of the stretch, going back-to-back with catcher Tucker Moore in the Flames' 12-10 win at UNCG.
