
Wake Forest Defeats Liberty 6-4

After the Flames plated three runs in the top of the sixth to tie the game, Demon Deacon designated hitter Luke Costello hit a solo home run in the inning to take back the advantage and tack on two more runs in the seventh inning in the victory.
Liberty right fielder Camden Troyer had a game-high three hits, including his ninth home run in the eighth inning for the Flames' fourth run. He scored two runs.
Jaxon Sorenson belted his team-leading 12th home run in the contest.
Liberty falls to 24-17 overall. Wake Forest moves to 26-15 on the year.
