4 Lady Flames Named to CSC Academic All-District® Women’s Basketball Team

LYNCHBURG, Va. – Liberty's Claudia Acin, Anna Badosa, Emma Hess and Brooke Moore were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District® women's basketball team on Tuesday.
A sophomore point guard from Girona, Spain, Acin owns a 3.70 GPA as an interdisciplinary studies major.
Another point guard who hails from Girona, Spain, Badosa transferred to Liberty from Franklin Pierce for her final collegiate season in 2024-25. She boasts a 4.0 GPA as she pursues a master's degree in strategic communications.
Hess made the CSC Academic All-District® team for the third year in a row. The senior guard from Beavercreek, Ohio has recorded a 3.78 GPA during her master's degree work in sport management. Hess previously graduated with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, maintaining a 3.97 GPA through her undergraduate studies.
