
Liberty Falls 6-1 at Princeton

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Flames tennis team fell 6-1 to Princeton on the road Sunday.
Liberty (4-2) managed to win a single doubles match and a lone singles match against Princeton (3-3).
Liberty's Luis Felipe Miguel was involved in both victories. The sophomore is coming off receiving the Conference USA Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week following a 4-0 weekend (2-0 singles, 2-0 doubles). Miguel improves to 5-1 in singles on the season and 4-0 in doubles.
The Flames fall to 1-1 all-time facing the Tigers.

- The Flames picked up a win on court three with Luis Felipe Miguel and Matija Samardzic besting Top Nidunjianzan and Alan Kam 6-3.
- Liberty came up short in the No. 1 and 2 doubles matches, falling in both by a 6-3 score.
Singles
- Princeton grabbed the first singles point on court one. Rafael Marques Da Silva fell to Paul Inchauspe by a pair of 6-3 sets.
- The Tigers earned the third point in the No. 3 singles match. Deji Thoams-Smith was taken down by Sebastian Sec 7-5, 6-3.
- Princeton secured the match clinching fourth point on court five as Princeton's Landon Ardila bested Matija Samardzic 7-6, 6-4.
