
Campbell Edges Liberty 3-2

The Campbell Camels scratched across two runs in the seventh inning to slip by the Liberty Flames, 3-2, Sunday afternoon at Jim Perry Stadium.
After the Flames took a 2-1 advantage in the top of the seventh, the Camels scored two runs on two hits in the bottom of the inning to take the lead. A two-strike bunt with one out by third baseman Waldy Arias plated the go-ahead run.
Liberty left fielder Aaron Anderson and designated hitter Brady Gulakowski had two hits apiece in the contest.
Campbell moves to 2-1. Liberty drops to 1-2.
