After the Flames took a 3-1 lead on Jonathan Embry's home run in the top of the fifth, the Virginia Cavaliers countered with five two-out runs in the bottom of the inning for a 6-3 victory over Liberty, Tuesday evening at Disharoon Park|
Designated hitter Ben Highfill also hit a home run for the Flames in the contest.
Liberty drops to 29-11 on the season. Virginia moves to 24-18

Turning Point
After seeing the Flames take a 3-1 lead in the top of the fifth, Virginia put together a five-run frame with two outs in the bottom of the inning. Kent started the scoring by lining a two-run home run to tie the score at 3-3. Third baseman Zack Gelof followed with a double and scored on a double by designated hitter Brendan Rivoli to take the lead for good at 4-3.
