Heading into the semifinals of the 2015 Big South Women's Championship, senior midfielder Brittany Aanderud has accomplished a lot in her four years at Liberty. During her tenure, she has led the Lady Flames to a Big South Championship, while becoming the program and conference's all-time assist leader.
The following feature, originally produced by Liberty Flames Sports Network's Game On, tells the story of Aanderud and her perseverance en route to becoming one of the program's most decorated soccer players.
Aanderud and the No. 1 seed Lady Flames return to action on Friday, squaring off with No. 4 seed High Point. Game time at Bryan park in Greensboro, N.C. is slated for 4 p.m.
