Women's Basketball Tryouts Set for Aug. 24

Open tryouts for the 2011-12 Liberty Women's Basketball team will be held Wednesday, Aug. 24 at the Vines Center.
The tryouts will take place from 4-6 p.m.
Interested individuals are asked to contact assistant coach Andrea "Andy" Bloodworth at 582-2012 or email abloodworth@liberty.edu, in order to provide their name and a contact phone number. Contact must be made with Bloodworth no later than Aug. 23.
Before trying out, all participants must have completed all five of the following forms/evaluations:
1. Walk-on try-out form
2. Physical exam completed within past six months
3. Blood test results for sickle cell trait or disease
4. Walk-on liability/waiver form
5. Proof of valid health insurance
Failure to supply any one of the above forms will prohibit individuals from participating in the tryout.
