Joey Scott assumed his role as Director of Operations for Olympic Sports in July 2022. Scott currently works with the Liberty field hockey and lacrosse programs.
In his current role, Scott oversees team operations such as travel, equipment and budgeting for the two programs.
Scott worked for four years as a manager and graduate assistant for the Liberty field hockey program. He earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Liberty in May 2017 and went on to earn a master’s degree in sport administration in May 2018.
Scott most recently taught high school math at Annapolis High School in Annapolis, Md.
Scott currently resides in Lynchburg.
