Bailey Meador joined the Lady Flames coaching staff in the spring of 2015 as an undergraduate student-assistant. Meador competed last year during her freshman year at Liberty, but decided to assist from the sideline as the Lady Flames look to make a run at the Big South championship this season.
The Fishers, Ind. native competed for the Indiana/Kentucky national squad during her junior year at Heritage Christian High School. Meador garnered all-region and all-state selections during her final year at Heritage.
Meador is majoring in communications with the hopes of becoming a sports broadcaster.
