TV Schedule and Kickoff Times Set for 2026 Football Season

The 2026 football schedule received further updates today, allowing Flames Nation to better prepare for the upcoming season.

Conference USA released its television schedule today and provided kickoff times for all 12 of Liberty's regular season games in 2026.

Liberty will have eight games on ESPN networks, including a primetime Thursday night game on ESPN on September 24 when the Flames take on Coastal Carolina at 7:30 p.m.

Additionally, the Flames will have seven more games on ESPN's family of networks, including two on ESPNU, two more on ESPN+ and three games in November on ESPN Platforms (either ESPN+ or an ESPN linear network).Â

Additionally, the league has moved Liberty's game at Kennesaw State to Thursday, October 22 to accommodate CBS Sports Network. In total, four of Liberty's games will appear on the CBS Sports Network.

CUSA games this fall will air on CBS Sports Network and the ESPN family of networks, with the majority of contests scheduled for Saturdays.

The 2026 season also marks the return of the league's successful weekday football model during October, with 18 weekday matchups slated for national exposure – 10 on CBS Sports Network and eight on ESPN Platforms, including ESPN2 and ESPNU.

Games designated for ESPN Platforms remain subject to the league's 12-day selection process, and kickoff times are subject to change based on television placement.

The 2026 CUSA Football Championship Game will air Friday, December 4, on CBS Sports Network at 7 p.m. ET/6 p.m. CT.
