2007 Cross Country (Sr.): Earned All-Big South recognition with second-place finish at the conference meet … also an all-region performer after coming in 17th in a Liberty 6K record time (21:07.70) at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships … made both the Big South and USTFCCCA All-Academic teams.
2007 (Jr.): Big South steeplechase champion … took fourth place in the ECAC steeplechase … set a school steeplechase record at the NCAA East Regional Championships, 10:35.19 … Big South 5K runner-up indoors … placed third at the conference cross country championships … part of the Big South All-Academic Team for cross country and the USTFCCCA All-Academic Team for track & field … included on the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
2006 (So.): Took third place in the steeplechase at the Big South outdoor meet and was sixth in the 5K … earned inclusion on the Big South Presidential Honor Roll.
2005 (Fr.): Crossed the line fourth in the Big South steeplechase championship … was seventh at the 5,000-meter distance indoors.
