• Made his NCAA Division I East Preliminary Round debut in the steeplechase, thanks to a personal-best 9:00.52 clocking at the Virginia Challenge
• ASUN steeplechase runner-up and 10th-place finisher in the 1,500
• Won the Gamecock Invitational 1,500 in a personal-best 3:54.43

2019 Indoor Track & Field (R-Jr.)
• Liberty's first IC4A 3K champion since Josh McDougal in 2006, thanks to a personal-best and ASUN Conference-record 8:07.07 clocking
• Posted second (3K) and third-place (distance medley relay) finishes at the ASUN meet, running the DMR's anchor leg
• Won the Hokie Invitational 3K and Liberty Flames Invite mile (personal-best 4:13.75)
2018 Cross Country (R-Jr.)
• Second team All-ASUN runner, thanks to his ninth-place finish at the ASUN meet
• Placed 51st (season-best third on the team) in his NCAA Division I Southeast Regional Championship debut
• Season-best 8K time (25:43.6) came in the Wisconsin Pre-Nationals white race, where he came in 159th overall and fourth among the Flames
2018 Outdoor Track & Field (R-So.)
• Crossed the line fifth in the Big South steeplechase
• Won the Virginia Grand Prix steeplechase in a season-best 9:03.77, just missing NCAA East Preliminary Round qualification
• Eight days earlier, he had run a 9:08.34 steeplechase at the Virginia Challenge
• Opened his season with a 6:03.84 clocking for runner-up honors in the FSU Relays 2K steeplechase
2017-18 Indoor Track & Field (R-So.)
• Anchored the Flames to third place in the Big South distance medley relay and placed seventh in the 3K
• Helped Liberty qualify for the IC4A distance medley relay final and post the fifth fastest time (10:00.54) in program history, splitting 4:12.6 for the 1,600-meter anchor leg
• Came in 17th in the IC4A 3K with a personal-best 8:20.39 clocking
2017 Cross Country (R-So.)
• Finished 27th overall, including ninth among the Flames, at the Big South Championship
• Served as the Flames' No. 2 runner at the Paul Short Run with a 39th-place finish in an 8K personal-best 24:16 clocking
• Nearly matched that 8K time two weeks later at Pre-Nationals, coming in 73rd (No. 3 Flame) in 24:17.1
• Posted top-10 finishes in each of his two races in a Liberty uniform, including fifth at the UVA Duals and seventh at the Liberty Big South Preview

• Did not compete in any meets for Liberty and was redshirted
• Competing unattached, ran 14:50.14 for third place in the Virginia Grand Prix 5K and clocked a 3:58.09 1,500 at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier

• Led Great Oak to its first CIF Division I boys' cross country state title as a senior in 2014, placing seventh individually in a 5K time of 15:25
