2011 (Fr.): Made his collegiate debut at the Hornet Indoor Sprints, Jumps & Throws Challenge, where he was fourth in the 55 dash and ninth in the long jump … ran the 200 at the Big South indoor meet, where he clocked the 14th-fastest time in the prelims, a season-best 23.07 … helped the Flames finish third in the Big South 4 x 100 relay final … ran both the 100 and 200 at the Big South outdoor meet, finishing 15th and 14th, respectively … his fastest 100-meter clocking (10.89) came at the Radford Invitational.
Prep: Attended Brookville High School as a junior and senior, after spending the previous two years at Liberty Christian Academy … recorded personal-best efforts of 11.02 in the 100, 22.25 in the 200 and 22-5 in the long jump … finished sixth in the 100-meter dash final at the 2010 VHSL Group AA state meet.
Personal: Son of Keith and DeAnna Settje … undecided on a major … birthday is on Sept. 20.
