How to Follow the Flames and Lady Flames
The Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic will air on FloTrack.
Live results will be available for both meets, courtesy of Finished Results (Bryan Clay Multis) and Blue Ridge Timing (Dennis Craddock Coaches Classic).
Weather Report
The weather forecast for Azusa calls for highs in the upper 70s both days with a mixture of clouds and sunshine. Rainfall is expected to arrive Friday night.
Lynchburg's forecast for Friday and Saturday is similar, with both days approaching 80 degrees under a mixture of clouds and sunshine. Rain chances are minimal.
Patasha Piles Up Points
Patasha Bryan's senior season heptathlon debut will take place at the site of her first collegiate heptathlon, Cougar Athletic Stadium.
Three years after tallying 5,092 points at the 2023 Bryan Clay Invitational, Bryan will compete in the Bryan Clay Multis' top seeded section (Section A) on Thursday and Friday.
Bryan is coming off a successful indoor campaign which saw her score a personal-best 3,999 points in the Brant Tolsma Elite Invitational sponsored by Beynon pentathlon and capture her second CUSA pentathlon crown in three years.
Bryan's heptathlon personal best of 5,378 points dates back to the 2023 ASUN Championship. That ranks No. 3 in program history, trailing only Danielle McNaney (5,504 in 2005) and teammate Meredith Engle (5,414 in 2025).
Talented Trio
After placing 1-2-4 in the CUSA heptathlon, Gabriel Willis, Jake Nicholson and Sam O'Regan will look to carry that success outdoors in California.
Willis and Nicholson are two of 13 Flames who have posted 5,000+ points in a heptathlon. Now they will look to join the list of 17 Liberty decathletes who are part of the 7,000-point club. Markus Ballengee was the most recent Flame to score 7,000 points, doing so in 2018.
Last season, 16 decathletes eclipsed the 7,000-point barrier during the Bryan Clay Multis.
Record Breakers
Liberty has taken down program records in four different events during the first three weekends of the 2026 outdoor season, with freshman Isabella Frattura breaking the women's javelin mark twice.
