No. 63 Men’s Tennis Hosts Tulane on Friday

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The No. 63 Liberty men's tennis team (7-7) prepares for its lone match this week, welcoming Tulane (4-6) on Friday at 3 p.m. from the Liberty Tennis Complex.
The Flames are coming off an impressive pair of 7-0 sweeps at home, ousting Georgia State and William & Mary. Liberty lost just two sets across 18 total matches last weekend.
Liberty and Tulane have met just once all-time when the Flames visited New Orleans last season. The Flames secured a 5-2 road victory, including a performance from Rodrigo Santiago Arraez that helped him garner the Conference USA Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week honor.
Siwanat Auytayakul was named the Conference USA Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week on Wednesday. The sophomore secured his first-ever victory in the No. 1 singles position over Georgia State 4-6, 6-2, 1-0 (1) before handling William & Mary 6-4, 7-5 in the No. 2 slot.
