
Liberty to Face James Madison Saturday Evening

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Liberty Flames men's soccer team will host the James Madison Dukes Saturday evening at Osborne Stadium. Match time is scheduled for 7 p.m.
The Flames enter the contest with a 4-0-1 mark, their longest unbeaten streak to open a season since starting the 2021 Spring season 5-0-1.
Liberty defeated Longwood 2-1 in a tightly contested match at Osborne Stadium on Tuesday. Lucas Kelly and Elijah John scored for the Flames in the match, while goalkeeper Tyler Beck recorded a career-high six saves.
Liberty and James Madison met for the first time since 2021 last season in Harrisonburg. The Dukes defeated the Flames 2-0.
