
Lehman Selected to Play in 2025 IWLCA Senior All-Star Game

LYNCHBURG, Va. – Liberty senior attacker Mackenzie Lehman has been selected to participate in the 2025 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division I Senior All-Star Game. The event will be held at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters at Tierney Field in Sparks, Md., on Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
Lehman becomes the fifth Lady Flame chosen to represent Liberty in the All-Star Game. In 2023, Lizzy Ferguson and Grace Loughery were both selected to play in the prestigious event.
The attacker helped lead Liberty to its first-ever conference championship with an Atlantic Sun title and the team's first-ever NCAA Women's Lacrosse Championship appearance.
The senior all-stars will be split into two teams, blue and white, consisting of 52 total athletes from Division I programs. Lehman will be showcased on the blue squad, coached by Delaware's Amy Altig.
The senior became Liberty's all-time scoring leader this season, finishing with a program-record 170 goals, second in team history with 232 points and fourth all-time with 62 assists. She finished her Liberty tenure with 179 caused turnovers, 111 ground balls and 89 caused turnovers and finished tied for a program record 80 games played with Grace Fletcher (2017-21) and Mia Toscano (2018-22).
This season, Lehman recorded 54 goals, the second-most in a single season in program history behind Taiva Reinertson with 57 tallies this season. The fifth-year senior finished second on the team with 72 assists and recorded 18 assists. Lehman totaled 25 ground balls and 13 caused turnovers. She set single-season program records with 3.79 points per game (at least 10 games played) and finished second all-time with 2.84 goals per game (at least 10 games played).
Lehman was named to the 2025 ASUN All-Conference second team and the ASUN All-Academic team. The senior was included on the ASUN All-Tournament team following a five-goal and three-assist performance in two ASUN Championship contests.
