LYNCHBURG, Va. – Liberty women's tennis seeks its first-ever victory over an ACC opponent when it hosts Wake Forest on Friday at noon. The Lady Flames (1-2) look to even in its 2025 record while the Demon Deacons (2-1) seek a three-game winning streak.
The Lady Flames are coming off a 1-2 opening weekend with a 4-0 win over Longwood, a 4-3 loss hosting Elon and a 6-1 defeat at Clemson. Liberty hopes to earn its first-ever triumph over an ACC opponent in over 10 opportunities including foes such as Clemson, Maryland and Virginia Tech.

Radulova earned a gritty 5-7, 7-6 (1), 1-0 (8) triumph over Clemson's Romana Ciskova on Sunday.
Four freshmen look to have pivotal roles on the Lady Flames including Anika Lemus (0-2 singles, 2-1 doubles) and Celina Joseph (1-2 singles).
Liberty and Wake Forest will be meeting for the first time since 2019 with the Demon Deacons holding a 3-0 series lead over the Lady Flames.
