
Lady Flames to Host Five Programs at LU Hidden Dual

LYNCHBURG, Va. – The Liberty women's tennis team prepares to host the LU Hidden Dual this weekend for its last event as a team this fall. The Lady Flames host the six-team, three-day event at the Liberty Tennis Complex beginning on Friday and running through Sunday.
Liberty welcomes Arkansas State, East Carolina, Elon, Richmond and William & Mary to Lynchburg. Each team will play three simulated spring matches this weekend with the Lady Flames matching up with Arkansas State on Friday, William & Mary on Saturday and Richmond to conclude the weekend on Sunday.
All six Lady Flames plan to participate in the tournament playing both singles and doubles each day. Liberty's Daniella O'Neill and Maria Turchetto prepare for the ITA Conference Masters Championship in Rome, Ga. beginning on Nov. 7.

Tournament Breakdown
- Liberty prepares for its third and final team tournament of the fall season. The Lady Flames have previously participated in the Jimmy Powell Invitational, Elon Invitational (two players) and the ITA Atlantic Regional.
- Freshmen Yu-yun Chen (4-3) and Yoanna Radulova (4-1) share a team-high four singles wins this fall.
- Doubles has been a strength so far this fall. Liberty owns a 9-4 doubles mark as a steam with Sadie Daavetilla pacing the team with a 4-0 record.
