
Lady Flames Blank Iona 11-0

Liberty hit a season-high four homers and held Iona to just one hit in an 11-0, five-inning win over the Gaels on Saturday at Kamphuis Field at Liberty Softball Stadium.
The Lady Flames (6-9) pushed their winning streak to five games in a row by claiming the first game of the Liberty Softball Invitational. Iona falls to 2-4 on the season. Liberty takes on UConn at 12:30 p.m. today.
