Liberty will welcome the Cincinnati Bearcats to town for a midweek lacrosse contest. First draw is set for noon on Wednesday at the Liberty Lacrosse Field.
Liberty (0-2) is in search of its first victory of 2021. The Lady Flames fell 9-8 at Robert Morris, Sunday afternoon on the road. Cincinnati brings a 1-0 mark into the contest. The Bearcats bested Marquette 20-19 in their season and home opener, Feb. 14.
This will be the third all-time meeting between the Lady Flames and Bearcats but first since March 14, 2013. Cincinnati topped Liberty 7-3 in that game.
Wednesday's game will be Liberty's first home outdoor contest of 2021. The Lady Flames opened their season with a game at the Liberty Indoor Practice Facility versus No. 18 Virginia Tech, Feb. 12.
Attendance
Due to COVID-19 protocols, attendance at the Liberty Lacrosse Field will be restricted to only home and visiting team player guests via a pass list. On game day, the pass list table will open 60 minutes before game time. There will be a tent at the center of the Campus East Fields where team guests can check in.
