- On Sunday, Liberty and James Madison will be meeting for sixth time and the first time since 2015. The Dukes hold a 4-1 advantage in the all-time series.

- Forward Musa Morris scored two goals in a contest for the first time in his two years at Liberty, Wednesday The senior netted his second goal of the season in the first half and his third goal of the year in the second half. He now leads the Flames with seven points on the season.
- Freshman Huss netted his third goal of the season in the Liberty win and is now tied with Morris for the team lead in goals.
- Borutskie scored his first collegiate goal during the 32nd minute of the contest, Wednesday.
- Midfielder Marko Mitrevski assisted on both of Morris' goals and Luke Eberle assisted on Huss' goal. Both midfielders each have two assists to lead the Flames.
