
Liberty Men's Soccer Ranked in Final Regular Season Atlantic Region Poll

The Liberty Flames men's soccer team is once again among the Atlantic Region's top teams this week, as the final regular season regional polls were released this afternoon.
The Flames are listed 10th in the Atlantic region. Colgate, the Patriot League Champion heads up the regional poll.
The Flames finished the year with a 7-7-1 record and 11th in the nation in scoring offense with a 2.13 goals per game average.
"I'm extremely proud of the grit and determination of our group this year. It is an honor to finish the year ranked in the top 10 in our region and it is a credit to our team's ability to compete and overcome adversity during the season," stated head coach Jeff Alder. "We fell short of our ultimate goal to compete for an ASUN championship, but our group is determined to learn and grow from the experiences this year in order to prepare for our second year in the ASUN Conference."
