The Liberty men's soccer team finished their first week of preparation for the upcoming 2014 with an exhibition against Virginia Tech, Saturday afternoon. Liberty Flames Sports Network's Chierstin Susel spoke with head coach Jeff Alder afterwards, recapping his team's first week.
The Flames continue preseason preparations this week. Liberty will host Bluefield to open its season on Aug. 29 at Osborne Stadium. Match time is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m.
