The Lady Flames softball team, now 15-9 overall and 1-2 in conference play, went 2-1 last week, splitting a doubleheader at Virginia and picking up a 9-1 win over Radford in the 2010 home opener. The victory over the Highlanders marked the 2009 Big South Champion's first conference loss of the season, and the victory over Virginia came soon after the Cavaliers upset No. 2 Arizona State.
