Today, the "Rounding the Bases" segment spotlights Keely McMillon, a sophomore from Vermontville, Mich.
McMillon, Liberty's No. 1 catcher, has appeared in 50 games for the Lady Flames, with 47 starts behind the plate. She is batting .333 in conference play to rank second on the team, and has recorded 27 total hits and 7 RBIs this season. She has the third-longest hitting streak on the team at five games.
McMillon is a graduate of Lansing Catholic Central High School, where she was named All-Area, All-District, All-Region and Capital Area Conference First Team throughout her four years of varsity softball.
