
Rounding the Bases with Allyson Hudson

Today, the "Rounding the Bases" segment highlights Allyson Hudson, a freshman from Blackstone, Va.
In her first season as a Lady Flame, Hudson has appeared in three games as a pinch hitter, and has made three showings in the circle for a total of 4.0 innings pitched. She drew a walk at the plate against Gardner-Webb on April 11, and as a pitcher, recorded her first collegiate strikeout on Feb. 6 against No. 17 California.
The biology/pre-med major graduated from Kenston Forest School, where she was a softball letterwinner all four years of high school, and was named to the all-conference and all-state teams as a senior.
