On Tuesday, LibertyFlames.com introduced a new feature for the 2008-09 women's basketball season, a series of journal entries by the team's six seniors entitled "Life with the Lady Flames." Fans of the Lady Flames will also have another avenue to take an inside peek at this year's team, as Megan, Molly and Moriah Frazee are teaming up for a weekly blog on the NCAA.com website.
The Frazees' first NCAA.com blog post, penned by Moriah, was published Tuesday morning and is the first women's basketball blog entry to appear on NCAA.com this season. Click here or click the link at the top of this release to view Megan, Molly and Moriah's blog page.
Visitors to the site will notice that Moriah's entry is the same one which currently appears on LibertyFlames.com. During weeks when either Megan, Molly or Moriah composes a blog entry for "Life with the Lady Flames," their text will also be used on the NCAA.com website. However, during the intervening weeks, the Frazee sisters will compose unique material for their NCAA.com blog.
An additional difference between "Life with the Lady Flames" and the Frazees' NCAA.com blog is the comment feature on the NCAA page. Visitors to the NCAA.com site are encouraged to write comments for Megan, Molly and Moriah, either leaving feedback for the players or asking questions to Liberty's senior trio.
Both blogs will continue throughout the duration of the 2008-09 Liberty women's basketball season, which tips off just two weeks from tomorrow. The Lady Flames will welcome VCU to the Vines Center on Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. for a first-round Preseason WNIT clash.
