Hokie Fall Invitational Results
Pitted against the toughest field they have faced so far this season, the Liberty Lady Flames continued their successful fall with a strong showing at the Hokie Fall Invitational, this past weekend at the Burrows/Burleson Tennis Center on the Virginia Tech campus.
The Lady Flames went 17-9 overall in both singles and doubles matches, against a field which included nationally ranked squads from Davidson, Marshall, Ohio State and host Virginia Tech. Liberty captured the Flight C doubles title, while placing second in Flight E singles and third in Flight D singles.
In singles, the Lady Flames placed players in the top six of five out of the six singles flights.
