Nathan Doremus was promoted to his role of Assistant Director of Ticket Operations in May 2024.
Prior to his current role, Doremus joined the Flames Ticket Office as a Ticket Office Associate in June 2023 where he assisted with daily office tasks, as well as, being the assistant supervisor responsible for Men’s Basketball, Student Activities, School of Music, Donation Requests, and Commencement. He also oversees part-time staff including but not limited to interns, practicums, and CSER staff for events.
In his current role, Doremus assists with the coordination of ticket operations and is the lead coordinator for Baseball and Flames Kids Club as well as the secondary coordinator for Football. Additionally, Doremus oversees the system processes for ParkHub and Vozzi. He also supports university efforts with assisting with Family Weekend for all ticket operations. Additionally, he serves as the secondary office manager for day-to-day business operations of the ticket office including the creation of ticket sales reports, reconciliation statements and financial data summaries including P-card reconciliation as well as BuyLU processes. Doremus also oversees part-time staff including Ticket Office Associates, interns, practicums, and CSER staff for events.
Before coming to Liberty, Doremus worked for the Watertown Rapids in Watertown, N.Y., as a Director of Ticket Operations and Clubhouse manager. While at Liberty, he was a practicum student for Events and Facilities, primarily working with the softball program. He also currently worked for the football team as a student manager during the 2023 football season.
Before attending Liberty, Doremus played baseball at Jefferson Community College in Watertown, N.Y.
Doremus graduated from Liberty with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management: Administration in May 2023, Summa Cum Laude. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Management: Coaching & Athletic Administration and will graduate in 2025.
Doremus is an active member of Uncommon Sports Group, a faith-based sports industry development organization. He is also a member of National Association of Athletic Ticket Sales and Operations (NAATSO).
Doremus is a native of Annadale, N.J., where he often visits his mother, father and three younger sisters. He currently resides in Lynchburg.
