Elsa Kirch was hired as a Liberty Women's Tennis Assistant Coach on Aug. 21, 2024. She was hired to be on Head Coach Dash Connell's staff along with Colby Meeks. Kirch played tennis for the Lady Flames for three seasons (2021-24) under Head Coach Jeff Maren.
Kirch secured 22 career wins as a Lady Flame. She owned a 75 percent doubles winning percentage in spring matches.
The Garner, N.C. native was named both an ITA (Intercollegiate Tennis Association) Scholar Athlete (2024) and was included on the CSC Academic All-District Women's Tennis teams in 2023. She was a three-time conference academic honor roll mention including twice in the Atlantic Sun (2022, 23) and Conference USA (2024).
