What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
The values of the team and playing for a higher purpose was super important to me. The culture of the team was very welcoming too.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
I always pray right before the national anthem, I pray for safety over all the players on both teams and thank God for the opportunity I have to play at this moment. I also pray after games and thank God no matter what the outcome was.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My family definitely inspires me. I look up to my grandparents a lot and always listen to the advice they give me, along with my parents. Being the youngest I have always been inspired by my siblings and followed a lot of what they do. Everyone in my family was raised to have a good work ethic and I look up to that.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
When I won All State and All American my senior year after dealing with a lot of injuries throughout my high school seasons. I played on a sprained MCL my senior year and still was able to get awarded all American, all state, and first team.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
My oldest brother played at a small division three school called Delaware Valley University.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
My mom’s chicken taquitos are my favorite dinner.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
I check my text messages every morning.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I like to go fishing.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
I have two dogs named Gemma and Ginny.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
Virgil Van Dijk.
What is your favorite possession and why?
My stuffed animal is my favorite possession.
What is your Go-To karaoke song?
Before He Cheats by Carrie Underwood.
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
The Maldives because it’s beautiful.
