- Fastest times of the season were a wind-aided 14.61 in the Aggie Invitational 110 hurdles prelims and 53.46 in the Virginia Challenge 400 hurdles

Great environment, lot of people that love the Lord and put that first. Facilities and athletics programs are competing on the highest level.
Is there anything special you do pregame or postgame and why?
Always stretching and putting my legs up on my bed while listening to worship music to get my mind right.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
Coaches and family are huge inspirations for me. They're great role models and always want the best for me, they also see my potential beyond what I can see.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Probably running 52.90 in the 400 hurdles at 2022 outdoor conference, I hadn't even run 53 all year so it was a huge improvement to grab 3rd. Another great moment was indoor conference 2022 when our Distance Medley Relay won and ran the meet record.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
Breakfast is the best meal of the day. There is nothing better than some Sunday morning eggs, bacon, and pancakes.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
I check my iMessages.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
Having friends over.

My car, I couldn't go without it.

What is your dream vacation spot and why?
Hawaii, I’ve been there before and have been wanting to go back ever since. It has the perfect combo of beaches and hikes.
