What made Liberty University the right place for you to attend college/compete at the collegiate level?
A combination of the coaching staff, having the masters I was looking for, and incorporating a biblical perspective in everything they do.
Who in your life inspires you and why are they such an inspiration?
My grandfather who immigrated from Honduras not knowing much English became an engineer for a Fortune 500 company. He was a great father to my dad and grandfather to me and my siblings.
What is your most memorable athletic moment/accomplishment?
Winning the conference in the 400H my senior year of college and breaking the conference record while also qualifying for nationals.
Do you have any relatives who are playing or have played college or professional sports? (Names, relation to you, what/where they played)?
Gary Lawrence, my cousin played soccer at John’s Hopkins University.
Favorite meal (breakfast/lunch/dinner) and what is that special meal?
My favorite meal is Creole Jambalaya for dinner.
What is the first app you check on your phone each day?
I check my Gmail.
What is your favorite hobby outside of athletics?
I really Hiking, camping, playing pickleball, and playing spike ball.
Do you have any current pets (name and type of animal)?
I have a dog named Padfoot.
Who was your favorite athlete growing up?
Lionel Messi
What is your dream vacation spot and why?
Bora bora because I love tropical weather and the beach.

2024 Outdoor Track & Field (R-Jr.)
- Placed eighth in the CUSA 400 hurdles final
- Won the 400 hurdles at the Liberty Twilight Qualifier in a season-best 53.19, the fastest time by a Flame on the year

- Spent four years at Occidental College (2019-23)
- Placed 14th in the 400 hurdles prelims at the 2023 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships
- Back-to-back SCIAC 400 hurdles champion in 2022 and 2023, with his winning (and personal-best) time of 51.90 in 2023 breaking the meet record that had stood for 21 years and ranking No. 1 in NCAA Division III for the year
- USTFCCCA All-Academic Team member in 2022 and 2023
- Graduated from Jesuit High School of New Orleans
- As a senior in 2019, placed third in the 300 hurdles and seventh in the 110 hurdles at the Louisiana 5A state meet
- Also helped his soccer team win a state title in 2018
- Fastest 300 hurdles time was 38.95
